About the role
- Desk Accountmanager Fruitteelt strengthening customer portfolio and advising on agricultural products in the Netherlands. Focus on digital customer contact and data-driven service.
Responsibilities
- Onderhoudt voornamelijk digitaal klantcontact en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar passende producten, diensten en adviezen binnen jouw portefeuille
- Stelt commerciële plannen en accountplannen op en begeleidt klanten bij uitbreiding van de dienstverlening
- Treedt op als sparringpartner voor collega’s en klanten en bouwt actief aan relaties met (potentiële) klanten, netwerkorganisaties en ketenpartijen
- Behandelt klantvragen en klachten, schakelt waar nodig interne collega’s in en bewaakt de voortgang van het proces
- Verzorgt offertes, voert onderhandelingen en beheert contracten, met ondersteuning van de salesdesk
- Herkent commerciële kansen en vertaalt deze naar nieuwe producten, concepten of diensten in samenwerking met collega’s
- Initieert en voert zelfstandig commerciële acties uit rondom (nieuwe) producten en diensten
- Signaleert procesverbeteringen en levert een actieve bijdrage aan optimalisatie van de dienstverlening.
Requirements
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Bij voorkeur heb je een aantal jaren ervaring op het gebied van intern accountmanagement of klantenservice
- Je hebt specialistische kennis van onze producten en processen
- Je hebt affiniteit met digitaal werken en interesse in data-gedreven klantbediening
- Ervaring met geautomatiseerde systemen (SAP, Excel, Word) is een pre
