- Project Manager delivering Sustainable Business Energy Solutions projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion while managing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering Sustainable Business Energy Solutions SBES projects from the point of sale through to customer handover.
- Oversee the systematic delivery of commercial energy projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Working closely with Project Engineers and Sales teams, you’ll help shape technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Manage the customer relationship throughout the project lifecycle, providing consistent, professional, and authentic communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management or engineering, with strong capability to work independently, including in remote environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Proven ability to manage third‑party contractors and drive safe, high‑quality delivery.
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills, with clear and accurate communication and high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to health and safety, supported by relevant training or certifications (e.g., Working at Heights).
- Industry knowledge advantageous, including PV regulations, CEC accreditation, rooftop solar experience, familiarity with SMA/SolarEdge products, and systems such as NetSuite, Procore and CAD.
