About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and further develop security and authorization concepts for SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP) in the public services environment
- Analyze and optimize existing role and authorization structures, including risk and SoD analyses, audit preparation, and implementation of compliance requirements
- Technical implementation of authorizations, troubleshooting in production operations, and support for releases, upgrades, migrations, and go-lives
- Advise IT and business stakeholders in public organizations on SAP security strategies, governance, processes, and best practices
- Assume technical responsibility in the area of SAP Security & Authorizations and contribute to the expansion of the service portfolio
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification with several years of practical experience in the SAP security and authorization domain
- Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts (including S/4HANA, Fiori, and optionally BTP), role design, user and profile administration
- Familiarity with public-sector requirements (e.g., heightened compliance and data protection requirements, internal policies, auditability)
- Strong analytical skills, a structured and solution-oriented approach, and a confident manner when working with technical and management-level stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken German, good English skills; strong customer orientation and willingness to work on-site in the Bern region
