About the role

  • Procurement Specialist overseeing Procure-to-Pay process and vendor onboarding for Aggreko's operations in India. Ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for India
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding with internal and external partners
  • Work closely with logistics and internal teams
  • Provide support to the category management team in executing sourcing strategies
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and procurement performance metrics

Requirements

  • Demonstrated strong experience in managing the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle
  • Proven ability in supplier negotiations and solid knowledge of contract management principles
  • Excellent skills in managing diverse internal and external stakeholders and effective communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Ariba
