About the role
- Procurement Specialist overseeing Procure-to-Pay process and vendor onboarding for Aggreko's operations in India. Ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for India
- Coordinate vendor onboarding with internal and external partners
- Work closely with logistics and internal teams
- Provide support to the category management team in executing sourcing strategies
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and procurement performance metrics
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong experience in managing the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle
- Proven ability in supplier negotiations and solid knowledge of contract management principles
- Excellent skills in managing diverse internal and external stakeholders and effective communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Ariba
