Responsibilities
- Define, evolve and ensure the application of the company's Data Governance model;
- Orchestrate governance roles and responsibilities, ensuring effective performance of data owners and data stewards;

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Knowledge of the data lifecycle and data governance concepts (quality, security, ethics and compliance);
- In-depth knowledge of the data lifecycle and data governance disciplines (quality, security, privacy, ethics and compliance);
- Intermediate to advanced English (reading technical materials, interacting with vendors and stakeholders);
- Specific knowledge of data quality dimensions (completeness, consistency, accuracy, timeliness, uniqueness and validity);
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and models (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM);
- Experience with data catalog, metadata management and data lineage tools (e.g., Informatica IDMC, Collibra, Alation, Atlan or similar);
- Familiarity with modern analytics environments, including cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks), transformation and analytical modeling layers (e.g., dbt), and visualization and Self-Service BI tools (e.g., Power BI), from the perspective of governance, quality, traceability and usage control;
- Solid knowledge of LGPD, privacy, data protection and data classification;
- Understanding of data architecture and integration between operational and analytical environments;
- Ability to critically assess tools, processes and governance maturity.
