Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and intake claim data according to established policies and procedures and while maintaining departmental production and quality metrics
- Prioritize daily workload strategically to meet production goals and turnaround time requirements

- Establish cooperative and productive relationships with professional resources
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in claims processing or data intake
- Awareness of the claim process and Data Intake policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
- High level of detail orientation and accuracy
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to travel
