Provider Network Analyst responsible for maintaining healthcare provider directories and conducting network adequacy analysis at Aflac. Collaborating with sales and ensuring compliance with reporting standards.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain all provider directories as needed, particularly client related submission.
Ensure Network Adequacy and Disruption Reports are generated in a timely manner.
Run monthly client network adequacy reports and deliver results to Network Manager to determine if any network gaps exist.
Act as Team Lead for Sales department in Network Adequacy and Disruption Analysis.
Train sales account manager on analytics software, act as support, and if needed run reports in the absence of sales account manager.
Develop monthly client Score Cards and deliver to internal department on a timely basis.
Adhere to data entry parameters and ensure deadlines for completion of required reports are met on a monthly basis; collaborate with other department staff to ensure adherence to deadlines and accuracy standards.
Serve as a special project leader, such as data maintenance configurations and updates based on request or Provider Relation Department needs, or as other needs arise.
Perform other duties as necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field
Two years of related or other professional level work
Experience in healthcare industry (preferred)
Experience with various contract management systems (preferred)
