- Automate processes, spreadsheets and KPIs to improve efficiency and data reliability;

- Monitor operational processes to understand cost drivers and propose improvements;
- Collaborate with operational areas, controllership and financial planning to ensure alignment of information.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Controllership, Finance or Cost Management is a plus;
- Intermediate Excel required;
- Experience with process automation (VBA, Python, Power Query or other tools) is a strong advantage;
- Analytical, proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills;
- Proactive in seeking improvements and process optimization;
- Good communication skills for interaction with different departments.
