About the role
- Part-Time Waiver/DDA Program Consultant ensuring compliance with Tennessee state standards. Providing evaluation of programmatic work and assisting upper management with implementation.
Responsibilities
- Provides evaluation of the Programmatic work to the leadership team by reviewing entered information by Program Managers
- Reviews documentation and record retention for accuracy and compliance
- Answers questions and provide direction on improvements
- Reviews records of individuals' program progress for accuracy and compliance
- Recommends action needed to fix repeating issues
- Assists upper management in implementing accepted recommendations
Requirements
- Must live in Tennessee
- Experience with Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging programs
- Ability to prepare necessary reports and records of individuals' program progress with accuracy and completeness
- Knowledge of DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, Family Model services
- Ability to exercise judgment in interpreting and implementing programs
- Ability to implement proper practices and techniques of supervision
- Must have good computer skills
- Comfortable with software and technology

- Must work without close supervision
