About the role

  • Part-Time Waiver/DDA Program Consultant ensuring compliance with Tennessee state standards. Providing evaluation of programmatic work and assisting upper management with implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Provides evaluation of the Programmatic work to the leadership team by reviewing entered information by Program Managers
  • Reviews documentation and record retention for accuracy and compliance
  • Answers questions and provide direction on improvements
  • Reviews records of individuals' program progress for accuracy and compliance
  • Recommends action needed to fix repeating issues
  • Assists upper management in implementing accepted recommendations

Requirements

  • Must live in Tennessee
  • Experience with Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging programs
  • Ability to prepare necessary reports and records of individuals' program progress with accuracy and completeness
  • Knowledge of DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, Family Model services
  • Ability to exercise judgment in interpreting and implementing programs
  • Ability to implement proper practices and techniques of supervision
  • Must have good computer skills
  • Comfortable with software and technology
  • Flexible and organized
  • Must work without close supervision
