Responsibilities
Define and lead the Value Discovery strategy, shaping how customers discover, adopt, and build lasting habits around our most important capabilities
Design and operationalize a cross-channel engagement framework
Develop engagement messaging framework for key capabilities grounded in user value and existing workflows
Build an always-on content strategy that employs trends, cultural moments, and seasonal events to promote new and existing value
Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Design, Growth, Lifecycle to align engagement strategy with roadmap priorities and business goals
Drive measurable improvements in feature adoption, depth of usage, and multi-tool engagement
Requirements
10+ years in Product Marketing, Engagement, Lifecycle, or a related field in a subscription-based business
Proven track record of increasing feature adoption, usage depth, retention, or multi-product engagement
Experience building cross-channel engagement strategies (in-product, email, paid, owned)
Comfort working closely with Product & Design teams, shaping roadmaps through customer insight, influencing prioritization
Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform decisions and prioritize investments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive clarity and alignment across functions
