Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive strategy for Workday reporting
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Workday reports and calculated fields
Collaborate with Employee Experience teams to deliver seamless operational reporting
Build and implement efficient, scalable reporting solutions
Provide insight into how reporting development decisions impact long-term scalability, user experience, and data quality
Find opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline reporting workflows
Partner with HR Tech and People Analytics teams to implement scalable frameworks
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational reporting efficiency
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
Foster a collaborative culture passionate about technical excellence
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Workday Reporting Lead or Consultant
Proven experience supporting full lifecycle Workday reporting, from strategy to delivery
Hands-on expertise with Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reporting
Experience leading reporting development and process alignment initiatives
ServiceNow queue and ticket management experience (a plus)
Profound understanding of Workday reporting architecture, data structures, and module interrelationships
Skilled at developing and improving calculated fields and custom reports
Strong understanding of Workday Security and its impact on report access and development
