Responsibilities
You support the group's and its companies' structural and strategic projects in coordination with Group and Business Unit leaders and HR managers (definition, implementation, and legal risk mitigation in employment law).
You provide operational and strategic legal advice on high-stakes matters (in France and internationally), including sensitive individual and collective cases, crisis management, due diligence and vendor due diligence (HR analysis and audits of companies in the context of acquisitions and disposals), reorganizations, structuring, and the creation of new activities.
You liaise with the Social Development teams of the Business Units.
You participate in Social Development workshops with all Business Units across the group.
You contribute to the evolution of our common social model through legal monitoring and benchmarking to anticipate future developments and propose innovative solutions.
You facilitate collective bargaining negotiations.
You take part in the Group's employee representative bodies (European Works Council and Group Committee).
Requirements
You hold a Master's degree in Law (Bac +5), preferably a Master II in Employment/Labour Law or equivalent.
You have significant, successful experience in a similar role (8 to 10 years).
You have developed strong advisory expertise in labor/employment law.
You are accustomed to working in an international environment and are fluent in English.
Good knowledge of other legal areas (criminal law, business/corporate law, etc.) would be an additional asset.
As a true business partner with strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive and make constructive proposals on the matters entrusted to you.
You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills to handle complex issues.
Your experience and open-mindedness enable you to propose innovative solutions to support the group's and organizations' evolution.
You have excellent organizational skills, are a good listener, and have strong interpersonal abilities to lead and coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders.
