Requirements
- You have been a hands-on "Doer" in your career, focused on infrastructure but not limited to it
- DevOps culture comes naturally to you, and you have similar experience implementing it within an engineering team
- You have significant, successful experience in an engineering management and people management role, within an SME or a Group
- You have experience leading one or more feature teams within a product-oriented organization
- You are not necessarily an expert, but you understand the technical fundamentals of resilience and scalability
- You are comfortable with technical topics and have managed teams that include experts
- You know how to surround yourself with the right people
- You are used to managing the operational maintenance of infrastructures and pay attention to operational excellence in your scope
- You are comfortable with agility (Kanban, Scrum, Lean) and managing technical delivery with commitment and visibility
- You are experienced in managing central teams that interact with many teams worldwide in a multicultural environment
