About the role

- Tell the stories behind our AI projects
- Interview data scientists, data engineers, and product teams
- Write success stories that explain our achievements, the challenges involved, and their impact
- Draft use cases and articles highlighting the teams' Data & AI products
- Develop and write our Data & AI newsletter: updates, wins, new tools, and trends
- Translate technical content into clear, accessible messages for non-technical audiences
- Contribute to the creation of slides, one-pagers, visuals, and video content
- Assist in organizing Tech Talks, Demo Days, hackathons, AI workshops, and similar events
- Handle logistics, communications, facilitation, and coordination of speakers and participants
- Help animate the Data & AI community (Q&As, polls, posts, events)
- Maintain and organize our Data & AI resources: success stories, guides, playbooks, FAQs
- Create short-form content to drive adoption of AI tools (guides, tutorials, quick-reference materials)
- Measure engagement (opens, clicks, feedback, etc.)
- Propose new creative content: videos, infographics, animations, micro-stories
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a communications, audiovisual engineering, journalism program, or equivalent
- Excellent writing skills in French and English
- Ability to simplify technical topics and craft compelling narratives
- Curious, creative, autonomous, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-changing international environment
- Able to work in project mode with multiple stakeholders (Data, Product, Business teams)
- Proactive, organized, and a self-starter
