About the role
- Manager (m/w/d) Accounting managing a four-person accounting team, ensuring compliance and financial stability in the sports nutrition industry. Focused on reporting, cash management, and payroll across multiple countries.
Responsibilities

- Du übernimmst das monatlichen Reporting nach US-GAAP für unseren Mutterkonzern sowie die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von SOX-Kontrollen
- Die Steuerung der Liquiditätsplanung und des Zahlungsverkehrs liegen in deiner Hand
- Du verantwortest die Organisation und Abwicklung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen sowie der Zahlungen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.
Requirements
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter und bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung in internationaler Rechnungslegung, im Steuerrecht sowie in der Bilanzbuchhaltung mit
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung als Teamlead im Accounting Umfeld mit oder möchtest als nächsten Schritt Führungserfahrung sammeln
- Tiefes Verständnis von ERP-Systemen (Infor von Vorteil), idealerweise Key User Erfahrung im ERP-Einführungsprojekt
- Du bringst eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit, hast den Drive Dinge anzupacken und bist lösungs- und zielorientiert.
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse mit.
