About the role
- Controller managing sales controlling and reporting for Active Nutrition International GmbH. Collaborating with different departments to create transparency over revenues, margins, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- You will support controlling and reporting, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, analyze revenue, margins, cost structures and profitability, and develop meaningful management dashboards and KPI systems.
- You will participate in budget and forecasting processes and prepare business cases and profitability analyses.
- You will analyze product margins and contribution margins, manage marketing and promotions budgets, monitor supply chain, production and logistics costs, and keep pricing strategies and trade margins under review.
- You will further develop controlling processes and reporting structures, optimize ERP and BI systems, and implement automated reporting solutions to increase efficiency.
- You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and management, perform financial evaluations of new products, markets and sales channels, and support investment decisions.
Requirements
- You have a completed degree in business administration or a related field and bring several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the FMCG sector.
- You are able to present complex data clearly for management and demonstrate strong communication skills as well as a pronounced business-partner mindset.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems (Infor is an advantage) and very strong Excel skills.
- You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and a hands-on mentality.
- Business-fluent German and strong English skills.
