About the role
- Senior DevOps Engineer translating high-level requirements into scalable AWS architectures. Leading delivery of robust solutions and elevating engineering standards across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level requirements into working AWS infrastructure designs
- Independently design and implement public-facing web architectures
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Ensure systems are secure, observable, and cost-efficient
- Make practical tradeoff decisions between serverless vs EC2, managed vs custom
- Work closely with development and leadership to solution
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering (10+ preferred)
- Deep AWS expertise in production environments
- Advanced experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (preferred) or CloudFormation
- Strong CI/CD and source control experience
- Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end cloud solutions
- Strong automation and scripting capabilities, including Python or similar languages
