About the role
- Senior Backend Engineer designing and developing backend services in Rust for Mobile DevOps. Collaborating on the Employee Superapp and implementing digital wallet services.
Responsibilities
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios backend en Rust para plataformas de Mobile DevOps.
- Contribuir al desarrollo backend de la Employee Superapp durante su fase MVP.
- Diseñar e implementar un microservicio independiente para gestionar tarjetas de billetera digital (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet).
- Mantener los flujos CI para construcción, testing y publicación de apps iOS y Android.
- Mantener y mejorar herramientas internas en Bash y Python utilizadas en repositorios DevOps.
- Integrar procesos de build y publicación móviles basados en CLI dentro de pipelines de Jenkins / OpenShift.
- Proporcionar soporte técnico y formación al equipo de desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles.
Requirements
- Amplia experiencia profesional en desarrollo backend, preferiblemente con Rust.
- Experiencia en diseño y mantenimiento de microservicios y APIs backend.
- Sólida experiencia con herramientas CI/CD: Jenkins, Bitbucket Server, OpenShift.
- Fuertes habilidades de scripting en Bash y Python.
- Conocimiento de conceptos de Mobile DevOps para apps iOS y Android (build, signing, publish, workflows).
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma en un entorno IT global y complejo.
- Excelente dominio de inglés.
- Conocimientos en creación de PWA (Progressive Web Apps).
- Experiencia con Microsoft Mobile Application Management e Intune SDK.
