About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining infrastructure automation using Terraform and Terragrunt under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaborate to build and enhance CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment processes.
- Support deploying and managing scalable cloud infrastructure with best practices for automation, cost optimization, and reliability.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters ensuring secure and efficient workloads.
- Work closely with development and operations teams for seamless integrations.
- Learn to implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for infrastructure issues.
- Stay curious about new DevOps tools and practices to improve team workflows.
- Understand and help implement basic security practices in the DevOps workflow.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical degree.
- Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Terraform or a similar IaC tools.
- Foundational knowledge of Kubernetes concepts (pods, deployments, services, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Git-based version control (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash or Python to automate tasks.
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced DevOps environment.
