Responsibilities
Manage new and existing customers from the initial consultation through to project implementation
Build the sales team and sales processes together with the founders
Prepare proposals, presentations and pricing calculations
Conduct contract negotiations through to the signing of project contracts
Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions
Requirements
Professional sales experience, ideally in the agricultural or renewable energy sector
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Independent working style and strong customer focus
Enthusiasm for entrepreneurial thinking and early-stage company development
Proactive work approach
Willingness to travel across Germany
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
