Responsibilities
The VP, Revenue Productivity & Strategy leads the teams and programs that improve sales effectiveness, drive revenue growth, and support strategic account success.
This role oversees revenue enablement, solution consulting, proposals, and GTM program management while partnering across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on key revenue priorities.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, strategic enterprise account sales and technical support or sales/marketing-related management consulting.
Experience leading a large team with diverse skill sets.
Experience leading change and transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated strategic planning skills.
Demonstrated operational expertise and experience creating scalable and business processes.
Executive presence and strong communication skills.
Experience working for SaaS companies that serve Fortune 1000 companies.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com or managing through a CRM system.
Ability to travel as required.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
