About the role
- Aché is seeking an experienced SAP FI and CO Specialist. Focused on S/4HANA migration and process improvement with key business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Act as the functional focal point for SAP FI and CO in the migration project to S/4HANA.
- Conduct discovery, analysis and process design workshops, ensuring alignment between business areas and SAP best practices.
- Define, document and validate the functional blueprint for FI and CO modules, ensuring adherence to the Clean Core strategy.
- Support the technical team with detailed functional specifications for developments and interfaces.
- Ensure alignment with Business Objectives (Projects & Support): work closely with stakeholders.
- Digital Transformation and Innovation: drive adoption of new SAP technological solutions and digital operating models. Promote automation and operational efficiency.
- Maintain Clean Core development principles and adoption of standard SAP concepts: safeguard and promote governance and best practices.
- Support the correct operationalization and evolution of Aché’s SAP S/4HANA solution: act as an advisor for project and IT operations teams.
- Support the Architecture and Governance team in technical and functional documentation according to the project methodology.
- Actively participate in integrated testing phases (SIT/UAT), provide cutover support and hypercare.
- Ability to lead implementation projects and continuous improvements in the SAP FI/CO modules.
- Ensure accounting integration with related SAP modules (MM, SD, IM, PS).
- Prepare and review functional specifications for ABAP developments.
- Support accounting and tax closing processes in compliance with local standards (IFRS, BR GAAP).
- Conduct key-user training and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Technology, Project Management, Business Management, Administration or related areas is desirable.
- Solid experience in SAP FI and CO projects, with end-to-end participation in implementations from design through go‑live.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.
- Proficiency in FI submodules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, New GL) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing). CO: CO-PC (Product Costing), CO-OM (Cost Centers and Internal Orders), CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) and CO-PM/PS (integration with maintenance and projects) and Activity-Based Costing (ABC) (will be a plus).
- Experience with Fiori Apps, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and CO-PA reporting mechanisms will be an advantage.
- Experience defining and validating data migration (LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit).
- Ability to understand business needs, elicit requirements and translate them into functional solutions accurately.
- SAP certification in the modules of your responsibility is mandatory.
