About the role
- In-House Legal Counsel handling commercial contracts for a global corporate travel management company. Requires strong legal drafting and negotiation skills in a hybrid role based in London.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including: Supplier and service agreements, Customer agreements, NDAs and templates, IT and software agreements, Addendums and renewals
- Lead client-facing negotiations and explain contractual positions clearly and commercially
- Manage agreements through to execution, including internal approvals
- Advise global offices on regulatory and compliance matters
- Provide guidance on data protection within commercial agreements
- Support due diligence projects and new ventures
- Assist on insurance management and sanctions compliance matters
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting the sector
Requirements
- 2+ PQE preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation & GDPR experience essential
- Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous: Software / SaaS agreements, IP licensing, International commercial contracts, Travel, technology or services sectors, European language skills
