Responsibilities
Bridging Data and Product Strategy: Collaborating with product managers to set KPIs for each project and track impact
Optimising the User Journey: Conducting deep-dive analyses to understand user behaviour and uncover trends
Driving Scientific Improvement: Working with product managers to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests
Requirements
Experience working in a product-focused analytics function, supporting baselining and targeting metrics
Proficient in database tools (SQL/PL-SQL/T-SQL) and programming languages like Python or R
Experience with platforms such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Amplitude
Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B testing
Experience in statistical analytics and the ability to present findings to cross-functional teams with clarity and influence
Proven ability to work as part of a team with product managers, engineers, and designers
