Requirements
- 8 years + of experience in public policy, international development, or technology advisory
- Proven ability to take a significant role on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Substantial technical expertise in digital transformation and digital public infrastructure
- Strong record of building senior stakeholder relationships
- Project leadership experience to achieve project objectives
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distil complex policy issues into clear, actionable insights
- Commercial and strategic acumen, including experience managing project budgets, resources, and profitability
- Willingness and experience in mentoring junior members on area(s) of technical expertise
