Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand and portfolio strategies for the short and medium term.
Monitor market dynamics and identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Define and oversee internal and external communication strategies.
Manage forecasting, planning and brand budgets.
Conduct market research and analyze sales and competitive data.
Lead innovative initiatives and ensure a strong omnichannel marketing approach is embedded.
Build and maintain a network of KOLs, prescribers and emerging healthcare partners.
Drive campaigns, tactics and product launch activities.
Develop impactful materials and tools for HCPs, pharmacies and patients.
Contribute to our commercial targets and support projects that advance health equity.
Requirements
Bachelor-level education or equivalent experience, ideally in marketing or business.
At least 3 years of recent experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in pharma or medical devices.
Experience managing projects independently.
Knowledge of omnichannel marketing, branding and data driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch/French and English.
A hands-on mentality, strategic mindset and a drive to deliver outstanding results.
