About the role
- Solutions Architect supporting partners integrating with Aave's infrastructure. Collaborating across teams to design and implement technical solutions in the blockchain space.
Responsibilities
- Support Business Development in scoping and designing technical solutions for partners integrating Aave
- Act as the technical point of contact throughout integration design and deployment
- Develop and maintain reference architectures, SDK templates, and documentation to streamline adoption and reduce friction for builders
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, and R&D to communicate partner needs, share technical insights, and influence roadmap priorities
- Build and test proofs of concept and integration demos that demonstrate best practices and help partners move faster
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, ensuring smooth launches and sustained performance post-deployment
- Keep internal stakeholders aligned on project timelines, dependencies, and progress across multiple concurrent integrations
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical solutions architecture, blockchain development, or partner engineering - ideally in Fintech or Crypto
- Ability to understand and read Solidity and Rust (hands-on coding experience is a plus)
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear, scalable technical designs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills - able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable managing multiple integrations at once and working autonomously to keep projects moving
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for DeFi and how open financial infrastructure is evolving
