Responsibilities
Independent responsibility for leasing our nationwide portfolio, primarily consisting of commercial properties
Communication with various brokers, prospective tenants and other service providers in the real estate sector
Coordination and organization of all necessary steps to ensure the smooth completion of leasing transactions, from preparing offers to signing the lease agreement
Preparation of amendments, lease extensions (prolongations), etc.
Maintenance and expansion of our network of potential tenants and intermediary partners
Development of location-specific leasing strategies and leasing concepts
Management of leasing processes and responsibility for results
Property viewings and advising prospective tenants
Preparation of compelling property exposés and reports
Commercial management of any tenant fit-out requests, including investment and rent calculations (interface with Property & Facility Management)
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a real estate professional (Immobilienkaufmann) (m/f/d), alternatively a university degree or comparable professional qualification
Several years of experience in leasing management for residential and commercial properties, and solid knowledge of tenancy and contract law
Passion for sales and strong negotiation skills
Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer- and service-oriented approach
Experienced sales professional with advisory competence and empathy for a diverse range of clients
Independent, flexible and structured working style, with enthusiasm and assertiveness
Experience with administrative/management software, particularly in master data and contract management (knowledge of iX-Haus desirable)
Very good MS Office skills and a driving licence class B
