Requirements
- Minimum of five years’ experience working in an IT service environment within a complex and diverse organisation
- Minimum three years’ working in a service environment where ITIL service release transition principles and processes are implemented
- Proven track record of successfully managing their own work and that of others where required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and politically astute
- Experience of creating and maintaining a project plan
