About the role

Responsibilities
- You will be part of our AI Vision team and work on a scalable camera AI system used in industry
- Co-develop and design an AI camera inspection system that customers can later simply unpack, set up and use
- Work closely with our global developer team
- Contribute your own ideas
- Hands-on prototyping and integration: connecting and controlling industrial cameras (plug-and-play)
- Live image integration and camera configuration
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics or a related field
- Open, positive mindset — you seek dialogue rather than withdrawing
- Hands-on mentality: you prefer trying things out instead of waiting
- Analytical thinking paired with creativity for pragmatic solutions
- Solid programming skills (Python, C++ or similar)
- Experience with AI coding/development tools (Claude Code, Windsurf, Cursor, etc.)
- Initial project experience: whether as a working student job, university project, or DIY tinkering
- Strong communication skills: you can clearly present your ideas and results and enjoy interacting with colleagues, customers and partners
- Self-responsibility & reliability — you can structure work packages independently
- Willingness to be in our Munich office several days per week to work directly with our AI Vision team
- German at least C1 level, spoken and written
