About the role
- Technischer Redakteur optimizing technical documentation for a leading PEM electrolysis company. Collaborating with development teams and ensuring compliance with regulations while enhancing document quality.
Responsibilities
- Du erstellst und optimierst komplexe, technische Dokumentationen wie z.B. Betriebs-, Montage- und Wartungsanleitungen, Funktions- und Systembeschreibungen gemäß DIN EN 82079-1 und relevanter EU-Richtlinien.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Entwicklungsteams zusammen.
- Du arbeitest mit einem XML-basierten Redaktionssystem (GRIPS) und begleitest den gesamten Prozess von der Erstellung bis zur Übersetzung.
- Du fertigst eigenverantwortlich technische Abbildungen an.
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Entwicklung zusammen und beschaffst die erforderlichen Informationen.
- Du erstellst Sicherheits- und Warnhinweise nach geltenden Normen.
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Gestaltung neuer Dokumentationsformen mit.
- Du unterstützt bei der Übersetzungskoordination und Terminologiepflege.
Requirements
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Weiterbildung oder ein Hochschulstudium im Bereich der technischen Dokumentation / Redaktion oder eine Technikerausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung im Bereich der technischen Dokumentation.
- Erfahrung im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau ist von Vorteil.
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Richtlinien (z. B. DIN EN 82079, Maschinenrichtlinie, CE-Kennzeichnung).
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in XML-basierten Redaktionssystemen sowie Standardisierungs- und Modularisierungsansätzen in der technischen Redaktion.
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbständig, proaktiv und sorgfältig.
