Responsibilities
- Write and update user-friendly technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes.
- Collaborate with our product, development, and QA teams to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Understand the ArmorCode platform in-depth to create effective documentation.
- Participate in documentation project planning, coordinating with product development schedules.
- Conduct quality reviews of documentation for clarity and accuracy.
- Engage with the latest platform features through testing to maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Develop an accessible documentation portal for users.
- Gather and implement feedback from users and stakeholders to improve documentation.
- Keep up with industry trends in technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in technical writing, ideally within software development or a related sector.
- Quick learner with a solid understanding of technical concepts.
- Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, Zendesk Guide).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear, accessible manner.
