Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and organize process documentation and process flows across internal systems and Polly.
- Translate complex workflows into clear, actionable, and user-friendly documentation for both internal teams and external audiences.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on a regular basis, aligned with our two-week sprint cycles.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and usability of documentation.
- Continuously improve documentation standards, templates, and processes to enhance clarity and efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Technical Writing experience
- Experience documenting and communicating complex workflows or processes in a clear and structured way.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for building high-quality documentation that empowers teams and customers.
- Experience working in SaaS, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
- Comfort working in agile environments and supporting sprint cycles with ongoing documentation updates.
- Domain knowledge of capital markets is desirable but not required.
