About the role
- Lead and manage bank and fintech integrations; coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable API-based banking solutions at Treasury Prime.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and manage multiple bank and fintech projects through their entire lifecycle
- Implement, build, and nurture relationships with bank and fintech customers
- Shape and drive medium and long-term strategic initiatives and roadmaps with fintech and bank partners
- Identify and analyze risks and opportunities; create contingency plans and triggers to meet customer goals/timelines
- Lead, navigate, and advocate for customers throughout their Treasury Prime journey
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Relationship Managers, Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to provide customer insights and advocate for product enhancements
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance operational efficiency and streamline daily workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management experience
- Tech-savvy; willing to dive into details and quickly gain deep product/customer understanding
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment; prior fintech or startup experience
- General understanding of REST APIs
- Ability to understand the highly regulated banking industry and relate it to complex technical requirements
- Business acumen to influence decisions with internal & external stakeholders
- Experience successfully leading complex, multi-disciplinary integrations from program management, product, sales, or customer success
- Strong project management background with ability to lead multiple simultaneous projects
- Working style that emphasizes openness, collaboration, and visibility
- Confident, results-oriented, decisive leader balancing strategic priorities with operations and execution
- Strong presentation skills for both virtual and in-person meetings
- Strong interest in the intersection of technology and financial services
