About the role
- Technical Project Manager focused on facility management at ProPotsdam. Responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating maintenance in Potsdam's residential properties.
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating and implementing maintenance and repair measures with a focus on building services
- Coordinating and supervising service providers in the areas of heating, plumbing and gas
- Contracting, overseeing and accepting technical services as well as handling billing
- Ensuring inspection and maintenance documentation, including evaluation and derivation of necessary actions
- Assisting with fault remediation and developing proposed solutions
- Communicating with tenants, service providers and internal property/asset management
- Managing warranty claims and participating in annual planning
- Handling administrative tasks in SAP and MS Office
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical/trades occupation plus an additional higher qualification: technical degree (building services, electrical engineering, facility management or comparable) or an equivalent qualification
- At least three years’ professional experience in implementing maintenance measures with a focus on building services
- Good digital skills
- Experience in managing residential and commercial properties is desirable
- Good practical knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures), state building regulations and relevant technical standards, rules and guidelines
- Responsible, independent, customer-oriented, strong communication skills and commercially minded
