- Conducting material sourcing and vendor qualification projects.
- Developing and implementing supply chain strategies that are aligned with overall company goals and values.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, manage inventory, and align supply with market trends.
- Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain.
- Coordinating with internal departments and the supply chain to facilitate part design modifications, as well as new component and new product development projects.
- Ensuring compliance with international regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years supply chain or similar experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan and solve problems both strategically and tactically.
- Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively within a team-based structure with minimum top-down management.
- Must be authorized to work in the US, now and in the future.
