Responsibilities
Lead the supplier warranty team in resolving steering electrical warranty issues.
Manage and drive continuous improvement in the warranty performance of steering column EPAS and gear EPAS.
Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis for customer field claims and concerns.
Develop, implement, and track the effectiveness of Interim and Permanent Corrective Actions (ICAs/PCAs) to address identified electrical issues.
Serve as the primary technical lead for the resolution of electrical field claims.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience in product engineering.
Demonstrated expertise in leading complex root cause analysis of electrical issues and problem-solving initiatives (e.g., 8D, 5 Why).
Proven capability to develop and implement highly effective corrective actions.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
