Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other writers on the Executive Communication team to develop leadership messages for internal and external channels.
- Write statements, opinion pieces, keynote speeches, as well as other content for the leadership team.
- Ensure consistent messaging across different executive ToVs.
- Continuously update and revise copy material based on feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Research and gather additional information to quickly learn new topics and provide quality thought leadership content.
- Work on multiple projects at once, prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Help in developing and executing the corporate communications strategy across global media channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in working with executive communications, copywriting, and/or ghostwriting.
- Excellent ability to write in different styles and ToVs.
- Strong writing, editing, interviewing skills and native-level English **and Lithuanian.**
- Strong listening skills with a keen eye for story and voice.
- Experience working with confidential and business-sensitive information.
- Resilience to work fast, under pressure, and with consistent professionalism.
