Responsibilities
Support and manage all aspects of assigned customer’s AED programs.
Execute the implementation of PRO License services utilizing the LIFELINKcentral and LIFENET Portal websites.
Plan and manage individual projects of uploading distributor or PRO License customer data.
Schedule and perform overview calls to new distributor contacts.
Assist end users, troubleshoot AED readiness and connectivity.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, and distribution partners to ensure tasks have been planned and executed.
Proactive management of expiring supplies for PRO License customers.
Requirements
Required Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or 4 years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
2+ years’ experience in customer service.
Experience working with distributors or managing distributor relationships.
