Responsibilities
Working with customers, prospects and partners to deliver world-class product demonstrations
Driving all aspects of successful Proof of Values and Trials from requirements and design to training and delivery
Providing strategic pre-sales support for sales activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations and other general sales support
Becoming an expert in the features, benefits and application of Provar
Communicating daily with sales team regarding sales activities and strategies
Providing proactive support to customers and prospects
Being the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Collaborating with Provar SMEs to generate thought leadership content through white papers, blogs, webinars and other content creation
Monitoring the market, industry trends, competitors and customer needs across the quality, automated testing, and software development market to identify trends and opportunities
Developing and managing relationships with industry influencers, analysts and analyst agencies
Requirements
In-depth knowledge of QA best practices, Selenium, and test automation
Industry expertise: experience with the software testing process, enterprise sales and marketing, and familiarity with software development lifecycles
A bachelor's degree from a top university
Understanding and familiarity with CI/CD concepts and popular tooling, including but not limited to Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Version Control Systems
Working knowledge of standard HTML structure and how automation interacts with the DOM using Xpath, Labels, etc.
Experience working with REST or SOAP-based web services in a professional capacity
In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, its technologies, and industries it is associated with
Experience and proven track record in working with Enterprise customers
Knowledge of MEDDICC qualification framework and how to sell value
Data driven approach: able to make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation
