Responsibilities
Develop cross-channel strategies for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Own editorial planning and ensure consistent communication.
Drive community development and growth.
Identify creators, negotiate partnerships and manage collaborations.
Detect social media trends and maintain a deep understanding of target audiences.
Analyze relevant KPIs for social media and creator content and optimize measures accordingly.
Coordinate collaboration with project management, content and design teams.
Requirements
Several years of experience in social media management—ideally in an agency environment or in-house with a strong community and platform focus.
Knowledge of organic formats and current platform trends.
Experience working with creators—from selection and outreach to operational management.
Strong communicator, able to work independently and in a structured way.
Good eye for language, tone and audience targeting.
Open to feedback and willing to take responsibility.
Fluent in German and good command of English.
