Responsibilities
Strategize, develop, and execute social media campaigns across platforms
Manage the production of high-quality content and leverage user-generated content
Serve as the digital community manager: curate content calendars, craft captions, moderate conversations
Monitor social performance metrics and analyze data for insights
Collaborate with PR & Influencer team to amplify media and mentions
Support marketing activations, product launches, and B2B activities
Oversee regional marketing initiatives, including content localization
Partner with various teams and act as a brand guardian
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, and/or marketing communications (beauty/CPG preferred)
Expert understanding of all social media platforms and social reporting tools
Exceptional strategic and analytical capabilities, with a proven track record of driving community and engagement growth through thorough evaluation of critical performance metrics
Experience creating and collaborating on creative assets
Superior organizational and project management skills
Bilingual in French is preferred
