Responsibilities
Manage and enhance the **Service Portal**;
Design and implement custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform using **App Engine Studio** and **Flow Designer**;
Configure and optimize **CSM** to deliver exceptional customer service experiences;
Develop and train **Virtual Agent with NLU** models, enabling intelligent automation;
Lead technical teams and serve as a technical reference in strategic projects;
Manage the full project lifecycle: **discovery**, implementation and **go-live**.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields;
**CSA (Certified System Administrator)** — required;
Extensive experience in ServiceNow development;
Proven expertise in **App Engine**, **CSM** and **Virtual Agent**;
Experience with **Flow Designer**, scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts) and **integrations via REST/SOAP**;
Knowledge of **NLU**, **integrations** and **Guided Setup**;
Experience creating portals with **Employee Center**;
Participation in **Shared Service Center (CSC)** and/or **HR** projects;
Experience with **agile project management** (Scrum, Kanban) and **technical leadership**;
Strong consultative communication skills with stakeholders;
Architectural vision for developing scalable and sustainable solutions.
