About the role
- Service Contract Performance Manager responsible for maintenance activities on power plants while providing technical and business support. Managing operations in the assigned region including staffing and performance development.
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns
- Responsible for knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines
- Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers
- Direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development
- Uses technical experience and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy
- May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
- Ability to converse in fluent Chinese and English languages
- Knowledge and experience in the Power Plant, e.g., Field engineering or gas turbine maintenance experience
- Experience in planning and executing outages
- Working knowledge of Contractual/transactional Service Agreements
- Required to be based at Kaohsiung and travel within Taiwan as and when required.
