About the role
- Senior UX/UI Designer leading design decisions and creating impactful user experiences for Meet5, a community app for users over 40.
Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user-centered designs with seamless interactions.
- Create meaningful personas for our target audience and design an intuitive information architecture.
- Organize user tests and iteratively refine your designs based on feedback and evaluation.
- Mentor our UX/UI designer, collaborate closely with the frontend team, and update our design guidelines to ensure consistent, effective implementation.
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with a focus on mobile apps.
- Proficient with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and optionally JavaScript.
- A strong, expressive portfolio showcasing design work and iterations.
- English at C1 level; German skills are a plus.
