About the role

• Translation Lead managing complex translation projects, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders in healthcare. Leading project execution and showcasing expertise in translation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and execution of translation project deliverables
• Lead cross-functional project meetings to ensure project plans, deliverables and prioritization are successfully implemented
• Lead dedicated translation planning and process execution
• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for translation processes that support Product UI/Screens, Product Labeling, Advertising and Promotional Materials
• Participate in and support all product franchise and/or quality related program activities
• Manage any questions or concerns that occur during translations projects
• Monitors and provides status updates for project plans, project schedules in support of Product Labeling Project Managers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years translation project management work experience
• A minimum of 5 years’ Healthcare/life sciences experience is required.
• 5 years’ experience working within a regulated industry
• Strong knowledge with MS Office, including Outlook, Project, and Visio.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with translation vendors and translation management tools.
• Experience with document management systems, such as Agile PLM and SharePoint.
