About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical aspects of deploying the planning and scheduling tool across multiple production sites
- Define technical requirements, integration strategy and system architecture in collaboration with the DT team, integrators, vendors and commercial teams
- Oversee and drive systems integration efforts, ensuring compatibility with existing systems
- Provide technical oversight, guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams
- Work closely with integrator teams to ensure the process is documented and that integration knowledge is transferred for future implementations
- Serve as the technico-functional expert for the solution
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field
- Professional experience in solution architecture and data architecture
- Innovative mindset; experience integrating or implementing new processes or technologies
- Ability to share opinions and present arguments supported by data
- Prior experience on a production-related project or program
- Experience configuring complex solutions with financial implications
- Autonomous in task prioritization and removing blockers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially with commercial teams and customers
- Structurally organized and results-oriented
- Understanding of an organization’s vision and how individual objectives contribute to it
- Ability to adapt to a new environment and to evolving requirements
- Passionate about driving digital transformation in the manufacturing/production sector
