Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations across business functions
- Interacts with customers/stakeholders to Drive finance transformation initiatives using SAP
- Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major, complex products in SAP
- Possesses a deep understanding of the SAP Finance and Treasury
- Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.
- Owns the release and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases
- Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units
- Mentors junior team members.
Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on implementation experience in SAP FI/CO modules
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or MBA in Finance
- A minimum of 10+ years of SAP configuration, data migration, business processes, full life-cycle implementations experience
- Prior consultancy experience is preferred
- Prior team handling experience and Project management experience is preferred
- Experience with driving delivery execution leveraging DevOps principles across a global team.
