Lead Condition Based Monitoring trials, analyse vibration and thermographic data, and provide actionable insights that directly influence maintenance strategies.
Collaborate with skilled professionals, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Shape the lifecycle support of critical marine systems.
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Experience in condition monitoring techniques, with an emphasis on vibration analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering (Washington Accord accredited), or equivalent recognised engineering qualification and subsequent experience.
Eligibility for Professional Engineer membership via recognised body
Desirable: ISO VCAT1, TCAT1, LCAT1 or equivalent certification
Desirable: Marine Engineering Officer Certificate Class 3 or above / Navy engineering experience
