About the role
- Experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst driving the design and execution of issuance and settlement workflows for the ETF asset class. Ensures compliance and client satisfaction in a consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design, implementation, and harmonisation of the issuance, order, and settlement workflows for the ETF asset class
- Own the end-to-end delivery of a global scalable issuance model
- Ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering complex transformation projects within the financial services and asset servicing domain
- Familiarity with the securities services landscape including roles of depositaries, custodians, transfer agents, asset managers, and fund administrators
- Solid understanding of the asset post-trade processes including order capture, settlements, NAV oversight, matching, reconciliations
- Understanding of the SWIFT messaging formats used to exchange between market participants
- Familiarity with standard protocols used in financial services for secure data exchange (SFTP, CFT)
- Experience in contributing to the definition and implementation of Target Operating Model in the context of financial services
- Command of project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Experience in stakeholder management with geographically dispersed teams
- Proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business issues and propose effective solutions.
